Last night we put 20 of Berlin's leading sales, RevOps and revenue leaders on one rooftop. Argentinian grill, cold wine, sunset over Berlin.

My job wasn't to be in the photos. It was to build a room worth being in, then get out of the way and let the right people find each other.

That's the whole job of a host. Make the space, then step back. Big shout-out to the team as always, this only happens when forces combine.

It rained a bit later on. But what do you do then? You adjust, so we moved under the umbrella and kept going.

Best conversations of my month happened up there. I just lit the grill.
