'The strategy of employing dog-whistle politics and stereotyping sex offenders through incorrect, ethnicity-based assertions is likely to make girls even more vulnerable to predators.'

Every conceivable bill your family pay is going up.
Your wages are going down.
The government hope that by getting us all to hate refugees and Pakistanis that we won’t notice.
Warped and twisted. Perverse. Toryism.
Do you want to see what utter contempt looks like?
On the day of the biggest walkout since the current wave of industrial action began…
Our Govt announced a pension bonus for the top 1% of earners
…and absolutely nothing for public sector workers.
The BBC didn't report Johnson's affair with Arcuri, or the Michelle Mone scandal, or a 50,000-strong demo of striking public sector workers. None of them newsworthy, apparently.
A derisory pay offer that has not been fully costed, which sounds like it may end up coming from the existing NHS budget.
This Government really can’t be trusted on anything.
A panel today found a police officer guilty of striking Dalian Atkinson with a baton three times while he lay on the ground tasered & having been kicked twice in the head by her (convicted) colleague.
The panel allowed the police officer today to keep her job. Explain that one.
“It’s a budget for the rich and a transfer of wealth from working people. Tax thresholds for ordinary workers have not gone up but for the wealthy, there’s unlimited tax breaks on lifetime earnings.”

It’s no coincidence that at the very moment workers are saying enough is enough Sunak plans to rob millions of them of their democratic right to strike, force them to work against their will & allow them to be sacked if they refuse
• The French government is, rightly, on the brink of collapse because it is raising the age of retirement to 64.
• In the UK, the age of retirement is rising to 68 & there isn’t as much as a murmur.
We should be on the streets, like the French.
Saudi oil giant Aramco has just announced record profits of £134bn for 2022,
America's ExxonMobil made $55.7bn, & Britain's Shell reported £35bn.
All have blatantly profiteered off the people and hidden behind the excuse of the Ukraine war.
Just a guess. If you agree with Gary Lineker, you...
Didn't vote for Brexit
Are not a racist
Possibly not a tory
Disapprove of Boris Johnson
Don't like to see human suffering
Don't watch GBNews
Want the BBC free of tory governance
Would very much like a #GeneralElectionNow
This week the pay packets of the bosses of Shell & BP were both released.
They had doubled their pay packets to £10 million each.
But the Tories have everyone focused on refugees. A distraction tactic to allow profiteering & fat cat pay to continue.
UPDATE (thur 2/3/23)
Now 110 mostly major charities support the call!
New ones added include @samaritans | @actnforchildren | @TrussellTrust and more...
The UK is the 6th richest country in the world, yet 1 in 4 children live in poverty.
The first mission of any government should be to end this grotesque inequality plunging millions into despair.
It’s time to wake up to the crises we face — and offer a more hopeful alternative.
Buried in BBC Scotland's article about Deposit Return Scheme sign up is this.
'The 664 companies that have registered are responsible for 95% of drinks sold in single-use containers in Scotland.'
This undermines Unionist attacks. Will it be concealed in BBC News bulletins?
The number of children in food poverty has nearly doubled in the last year to almost 4 million.
That's 27% of children, or 8 in a classroom of 30.
This national disgrace has to end. It’s time to put the Right to Food in law.
