@GlennonDoyle Perimenopause does suck. I'm fully menopausal now so the hot flashes are fewer and less intense. I'm able to catch myself when my mood is shifting a little bit easier now than then. I find a quiet place to be alone if necessary and eat chocolate. lol Be kind to yourself.❤️
