Horrified by yet another night of deadly Russian missile attacks on Ukraine.

My thoughts are with the Ukrainian victims and also with the staff of @EUDelegationUA, whose building was damaged in this deliberate Russian strike.

HR/VP @kajakallas visited Armenia on 29 and 30 June, where she held the first security and defence consultation with Foreign Minister @AraratMirzoyan. They exchanged views on regional security, EU defence initiatives and ongoing and future cooperation. The HR/VP also signed a framework agreement enabling Armenia to contribute to EU missions globally.

The EU and Armenia have never been as close as now.
