I’m making the kind of beat ’em up I always wanted to make.
Fast. Physical. Brutal. And built around making every fight feel like a show. Because its on a show.
Here’s where AIN’T DEAD YET is at right now. Still early, but the combat is starting to click.

今日は、子どもの頃に大好きだったもう一人のヒーロー、マシンマンのシーンをいくつか作りました。音楽には、JAM Projectで歌っているリカルド・クルーズさんのバージョンを選びました。
I made a few scenes with Machineman, a childhood hero of mine. Music by Ricardo Cruz of JAM Project.
Bruce Lee vs. Conor McGregor in the cage.
This is by far the most spectacular fight I’ve ever created with AI.
The realism here is absolutely insane. Bruce Lee fights like Bruce Lee. McGregor fights like McGregor. They move around the Octagon naturally, react to every hit, slow down, get tired, and visibly take damage as the fight goes on.
This isn’t just two AI characters throwing random punches anymore. It actually feels like a fight.
That’s a massive leap for AI video.
And none of this happens by accident. It takes some seriously detailed prompting to make a fight like this work.
If you want to learn how I did it, I’ll break down the whole process for my subscribers tomorrow.
THE LAST RONIN: REVENGE 🐢⚔️

One of the videos I’m most proud of so far.
I spent a lot more time than usual working on this one, and it’s also one of the longest videos I’ve made. I really wanted to push the atmosphere, emotion and action as far as I could.
Really proud of how it turned out — hope you enjoy it.
