@CarolineVollans Headteachers/ teachers / nursery education workers face anger and sometimes abuse from ‘the public’ week in, week out. I’ve been physically assaulted by a parent and I’ve still never resorted to this sort of aggression. She should say sorry like she means it and never do it again
