After playing 2/3 of my first season on 2 busted Achilles and a torn rotator cuff, there’s a lot to be happy about making it back.

Foolishly passed 42,100 miles on my car without making a critical pit stop to capture 42069 on the odometer. A once in car’s lifetime milestone, missed.

6 months of PT later, I was able to run again. Admittedly, my benchmark of success at pods/workouts was (and still often is) to come home in one piece. Conveniently, retraining my mind and body to play again was simultaneous.
