ЁЯЪиCOCKROACH JANTA PARTYтАЩS THREE DEMANDS ON CEC GYANESH KUMARЁЯЪи
Demand Number 1
-Gyanesh Kumar must resign within 48 hours. Initiate criminal proceedings against him. Answer who gave him the orders to steal votes.
Demand Number 2
-Put on hold all upcoming elections. Freeze SIR immediately. Roll back the voters list to January 2025. Constitute an independent inquiry commission that commands public confidence to probe all SIR related actions. Supreme Court which has much to answer for legalising Gyanesh KumarтАЩs illegalities must immediately order seizing of SIR related files and records and submission to Court.
Demand Number 3
Repeal the 2023 law on ECI appointments immediately. Draft a new law with active participation of civil society, an independent selection process that inspires public confidence.
If the resignation does not come through in 48 hours, we will launch a nationwide agitation and will end it only when all demands are fulfilled.

Gyanesh Kumar must go!
Demand 1: Initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh immediately, and an answer to the question: Who gave him the orders?
Demand 2: Put all upcoming elections on hold. Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process. We also demand that the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.
Demand 3: Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society.
The vote is the foundation of Indian democracy.
From the vote flows the power of our Constitution, the authority of our laws, and the legitimacy of our public institutions - this chain defines modern India.
Today this chain is broken, and this has never happened in India before. By destroying the vote, this government and the Election Commission have attacked the expression of every single Indian.
Everything this government has done on the strength of stolen votes is illegal. An MP elected through vote chori holds an illegitimate seat, and every law passed with that MP's support is an illegitimate law.
Removing Gyanesh Kumar is not enough.
The next election commissioner MUST be appointed by a panel of PM, Leader of Opposition and CJI. Only a person chosen by all three 'ayes' would be deserving of the post.
Modi cannot be trusted, he will install another puppet otherwise.
AMIT SHAH MUST RESIGN...
Today Ladakh commemorated the first anniversary of indiscriminate firing with AK 47 on unarmed youth that lead to the killing of 4+1, injury to 80+ & FIRs against 80+.
All without any firing order. Even after one year, the report of the Judicial Inquiry commission is suppressed & a paltry compensation of 15 lakh rupees for the dead & 3 lakhs for the severely injured has been announced. In this video I expose the root cause of the firing in Leh & also support Shri @RahulGandhi in his call #AmitShahMustResign for brutal firing with pallet guns at #JantarMantar.
Youth of Ladakh have always stood for the nation during all wars, it's time the nation stands for them.
Jai Hind
If Gyanesh Kumar does not resign by tomorrow, CJP will begin its nationwide protest from Mumbai on 2 October, and take it to cities across India.
This Gandhi Jayanti letтАЩs pledge to save democracy.
February 18: the Commission's own Deputy Election Commissioner in New Delhi to the IT chief: "IT system cannot block necessary action as per the directions of SC. please facilitate."
On February 21, Goa published its final roll. We checked all 97 names. As of September 20, EVERY ONE is missing.

Yesterday, @IndianExpress reported an unprecedented rupture inside the Election Commission: TWO of its three members objecting on record, 14 times in 10 months, to decisions taken without their knowledge.
Today, the second part of our investigation looks at the concern Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi flagged most often: Who really controls our electoral rolls?
We followed that question to Goa, where we found something deeply concerning.
Stay with me....

The Election Commission of India is under fire like never before.
The SIR has struck 13 crore names off draft rolls, putting the EC at the centre of intense public debate over its role in deciding who gets to vote тАФ and who doesnтАЩt.
HOWEVER, what nobody knew: through that same period, some of the sharpest questions were being asked from inside.
Out today, after months of work. Our #ExpressInvestigation ЁЯз╡
