I guess your dr knows your history and your risk. Hopefully others will have suggestions of alternative ways of managing difficult symptoms.

I have a strong family history of BC (mum and maternal aunt both <60 years), I have moderate risk. The specialist dr told me HRT is an option for me should I ever need it.

My dad died during the pandemic. We were very lucky he managed to stay at home. Had he been taken in to hospital we wouldn’t have got to say goodbye. I wasn’t allowed to carry his coffin. #NotMovingOn

@doctor_oxford The £150 reduction in council tax - many of those struggling most financially (those whose only income is benefits) qualify for council tax exemption. They will not benefit. So they will have to pay the increased energy costs with no non-repayable offset. The poorest pay more.
