@PetsatHome I’m trying to find out where my delivery to store is as it was planned yesterday, no update since Friday on status. Livechat isn’t working phone or laptop, call customer service automatically hung up when you say you need to speak ref order.

@McDonaldsUK had a takeaway, counted items before leaving & all fine however.

1. double egg sausage didn't have
any eggs at all!!

2. other double egg sausage didn't
have extra sausage ordered.

3. hash browns greasy & welded to
the sleeves, disintegrated when
getting out.

@eventim_uk Rammstein Coventry tickets. FFS, you fail to send tickets physically, don’t respond to anyone chasing. You eventually give up & send digitally, day later you tell everyone you invalidated them and will reissue. Rearranging these words brewery couldn’t arrange up piss.

You wouldn’t mind if they acknowledged they’re late and tell people what to do if they don’t arrive in time . . But no just brick wall everyone.

If not I expect @eventim_uk will have increased staff to manage increased box office pickups and communicate what’s needed, just order confirmation?

Waiting for ticket for Rammstein concert Coventry bought 3 years ago to be posted by eventtim. @RSprachrohr please help all your fans as we are all stressed. Don’t think you want to play to half empty stadium.

Perhaps a response from eventtim to on what’s going on to all the people asking the same question.

Perhaps we should all give up seek a recharge back to eventtim from our card providers!
