@AmericanAir Just landed into Des Moines on AA2071 we have been sitting in our plane waiting for a plane to de ice for an hour now. This is unacceptable with the weather conditions. They should have pulled away so we could have unloaded. I think we should be compensated something

@AmericanAir who do you complain to when they tear off a wheel from your luggage? I flew from Des Moines to Pheonix to Santa Fe, got my suitcases and was missing a wheel. This is really uncalled for how they treat luggage. I would like new luggage. This is the 2nd time in 4 years

@AmericanAir Untied and southwest waits a good amount of time when they have passengers but in the plane. Not you guys or Delta. It's like let's hurt up and take off so we can screw up someone's lives a little bit more. I had been trying to get to Iowa so I could have surgery in the morning

#americanair you guys suck for airlines! Instead of waiting for all passengers to be on the plane and aircraft when all arriving late because of weather you left early you really care about your passengers. You suck ass!! I fly a lot and I'm going to stay off your aircraft

@AmericanAir coming from Albany going to DC trying to catch flight 4580. It would be nice since I've been delayed all day that they would hold the plane for a bit to let us try to catch our flight. I have a surgery in Iowa I'm trying to get to in the morning

@Delta when you go thru someone's luggage you should have the decency to at least neatly put things back instead of ransacking it like a thief. I had my laptop tucked in between things so it wouldn't get damaged, it looked like it was tossed around in a tornado. It better work!

As a traveler I am so upset at these airlines both @Delta and @AmericanAir have canceled my flights a week and 2 weeks out. Why? That is what I would like to know.I am out for 2 weeks at a time and would like to get back to see my family. You all suck!!

@Delta I think when it's a mechanical issues maybe you should be refunding some money back. You think we enjoy sitting at an airport. I fly 5 times a month and do not enjoy delays and cancellations Delta. 1085.00 is a little steep for a plane ticket to them have to sit for hours

@Delta I have had no luck with Delta recently. Flying from IA to KC for work. Delayed 6hrs going now delayed 2hrs going home. Both flights mechanical, my flight cost 1085.00 round trip. They haven't offered me any compensation and I paid 75.00 extra for flight change.
