@deepigoyal There's an update, even the 3rd order seems to have a problem. It is 52 since the order was placed which was to be delivered in 47 mins and it is not yet delivered and no refund available for cancelling the cold food.

@UberIN_Support I already have sent a DM to you. Could you please take action on these 3 arrogant drivers. If they are resting they should turn their rides off in Uber so that some other drivers can get the users ride request. Pathetic service from Uber I would say.

@Uber_India What kind of tactics is this? Your drivers are in standby but not accepting the ride, when asked personally they are asking for Rs. 1000 a trip instead of the app estimated price Rs. 372, also saying they do not accept rides except Airport or Gurugram.
