@SkyHelpTeam Hi please can you help. Your Sky TV agents are trying to rip off my mum, it’s causing her (and me) a great deal of stress and anxiety and I want to know who I can speak to finally resolve this and file a complaint. Thanks for any help.
Spent 6 hours trying for @oasis tickets whilst on holiday. Get to point of purchase and they’ve pumped the price up to £355 per ticket instead of £148?! How is that allowed? Especially when they’ve been so strong on not allowing resale sites/inflated prices! @TicketmasterUK 😡

Hi @nufctrust do you know if the Box Office are taking calls today? I’ve been on hold for 2 hours so far, trying to transfer a ticket for Wednesday as it won’t let me do it online! I’ve emailed, nobody’s answering the phone and I don’t live in Newcastle so can’t go in person!
@nufctrust After 2 hr 47 mins on hold they’ve cut my call off. No idea what to do as I can’t get to the Box Office in person. Website broken, emails ignored, calls unanswered.There’s going to be a very disappointed 10 yr old who can’t go to the match on Wednesday 😔 @NUFC @jd_dixon1
