@ChynowethJamie@DavidWa28957772@GBNEWS My daughter moved into a new build last September. Out of the 22 houses in the small crescent there’s her and one other Newquay person and another family moved down from Bodmin for work purposes. One family from Reading bought 3!!! Brought daughter, son in law, kids ….. crazy 😞
What an absolute coward Calum Miller is.
The MP for Bicester and Woodstock, the constituency which includes Piddington abstained on the vote which directly affects his constituents.
Calum obviously does not care about the safety of the women and children in his constituency.
#Piddington
@DavidWa28957772@GBNEWS The number of people moving to Cornwall, particularly over the last 5/10 years is staggering. The problem is they’re building these huge housing estates and zero infrastructure. We have the same hospital in Truro that we had 40 years ago. It’s frankly a dangerous situation.
@thelettuce@Artemisfornow@danwootton “A Communist system can be recognised by the fact
that it spares the criminals and criminalises the political opponent.”

🇬🇧 This is proper British (oh hush you progressives)
A 76 year old man is before the courts with a test of equality before the law! … pay attention.
Timothy Miller was arrested for wearing a burka at an anti-migration protest. So he’s turned up to court wearing it AGAIN!
Because Section 157 of the Crime and Policing Act 2026 provides a defence for face coverings worn for religious observance… It doesn’t say ONLY women. It doesn’t say ONLY Muslims.
And the Equality Act protects religion or belief, while Article 9 protects the freedom to CHANGE religion. And clever Mr Miller says he’s “exploring Islam”
So now the court is screwed (not a legal technical term) and must decide whether his actions qualify as ‘religious observance’
Because the law must be applied EQUALLY, regardless of sex, religion or political opinions.
He’s challenging whether equality before the law really means equality for EVERYONE. (I think I love him)
And I think that’s bloody brilliant!.. now we have to see if the law is going to show its cards! … Will it discriminate against this white man? exploring his religion? … of course it will.
And then you will know … that this brave man took one for the team.
Come on Team Britain 💣
"No Sport like tennis" - Novak Djokovic LEGENDARY Statement after winning the title in Beijing.
"Tennis is what I'm destined to do. I believe god has given me this talent to be who I am"
Also mentions Kobe Bryant.
Almost in TEARS listening to him in that press room.
@VirginiaVale7@JamesMelville To be fair Alex reached the final on a retirement, how it goes sometimes and I hope he recovers soon from whatever his injury is. The season is a gruelling test these days. I think the Laver Cup took a lot out of the players.
@RottenKnee23@DjokerNole Very sad ending for Alex, but Novak’s played superb this week. Strange endings for both semi finals & now the final.
Good morning by the way 😊
I’ve just watched a whole BBC documentary about the rapid increase in cancer among the young..
It explored food & lifestyle choices, even body sprays & plastics.
Not once tho, did they explore whether getting young healthy people vaccinated over & over with a product that had no long term health data, may have played a role🤔
Britain spends £150 billion on an Iron Dome to stop the enemy coming through the skies.
Meanwhile, a bloke with a £1,000 dinghy just drops them off on the beach.
Bit in shock after that one. An incredible battle, and grateful to be heading to another China Open final. Most importantly, wishing the injured spectator a speedy recovery ❤️🩹. Also sending thoughts to @DaniilMedwed. I’ve been there.
See you tomorrow, Beijing. Idemooo
