So @British_Airways were
Paid £415.16 for a dayreturn flight to Heathrow from Belfast, I turned up 4 hours early, and requested to be put to on an earlier flight (on which there are plenty of seats) my own flight is pretty full, they ‘no can do’ without a big fee, never again 😡

@qrsupport so very disappointed, stuck at Dublin Airport - Flight QR18 to Doha delayed - not one announcement - locked out of the app - very likely to miss connecting flight to Australia to spend Christmas with family - people have been standing here for an hour and a half 🥺
