Mine upset was making the mistake of watching the Alcaraz match on catch up. Last set playing 3 games to 0. Then cuts out as it goes to BBC 2. So I watched over 4 hours to miss the end. So antiquated. Sort this out BBC.

@RoyalMail claim for lost item. Postman put my special delivery in the bin. Signed for it and left a card saying in the bin. We were away and neighbours put bin out. Claim not upheld as item delivered. Need to complain need next steps

@RoyalMailHelp when you have a special delivery and postman’s puts it in your bin and signs for it. You’re not in and neighbours put bin out. Parcel gone. Claim put in and Royal Mail reject as parcel delivered! Seriously

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Sky. My nearly 70 year old mum has just upgraded to Sky Q. Ordered two extra mini boxes so it could be watched in other rooms. Engineer came out this week and started to change things over and had the wrong box but wants my mum to pay extra £100 disgraceful get it sorted

@Parcel2Go using your website is an absolute nightmare. I posted a parcel which got delivered to a shop for pickup. The lady picking it up had covid so the owner said they were not keeping it and sent it back. The delivery is shown as delivered obviously it was. Help

@CP_UK_Whinfell hi having problems checking in/adding guests. At the moment we just have our cars on. It’s a rollover break from last year. Been going for years so know how to check in. Any suggestions??? Tried ringing and losing the will 😞
