@Ginofantastico Gino, in your books you don't specify if your temperatures are for fan or non fan ovens, should I assume you mean non fan?

@SabrinaGhayour Many apologies, I have all of your books and just checked if course you give both temperatures. I think I just panicked yesterday when I discovered that all of Nigella's recipes are for non fan!
