Last week was a truly special moment for me, attending the @spinalinjuries charity polo event, hosted with great spirit and purpose — and made all the more memorable by the presence of our Patron HRH The Princess Royal.

As Vice President of SIA, I had the absolute privilege of sitting beside Her Royal Highness and sharing a meaningful conversation over a couple of hours. Her genuine interest and understanding of the challenges faced by people with spinal cord injuries was both humbling and encouraging.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success — especially our incredible supporters and the team at SIA. The work we do together continues to change lives.

#INCIDENT | We are currently at the scene of a serious collision on the A6 close to the junction with Old Main Road.

Traffic will remain closed in both directions while emergency services attend the scene.

Update : Delivery tomorrow from @UPS which I wont be around for, so tried to change it to a Convenient location delivery and they are having technical issues, "please try later" this is getting beyond a joke now @UPS

Having missed a @UPS delivery last Friday which said 12 but they arrived at 10.30 I have stayed in all morning today so I didn't miss my 12 noon slot. Surprise it's not delivered and when I track it I get "it's delayed" & no further info!! Come on @UPS you can do better
