@wtcklofficial I was tested + covid on 30thJuly, yesterday I completed home quarantine. I have no symptom since the beginning of quarantine. Today after updating heath status, it changed to low risk no symptom. I've missed my 2nd vaccine due to I was home quarantine. Can I come walk in today?

#Malaysia Government should have spot checks #EMCO on #Childcare / #Preschools that operate with the given #SOP of accepting children who's parents both needs to go to work and strictly for frontliners only. Many principals don't follow SOP and let parents send their kids still!

@NST_Online Childcare services shouldn't operate during EMCO, you are putting teachers life at risk when teachers are NOT vaccinated! Not all childcare follow the SOP, parents still send their kids to preschool even when they WFH. How is this fair? Authorities need to take action, spot check

@jess_toothless I've been working under this field for 6 years, I don't think it's job of a lifetime, as taking care of kids is not easy...I don't want to have any white hair at early age or getting high blood pressure from taking care of children who oftenly misbehave

@jess_toothless Maybe next time in future when you are hunting for a teaching job, you may need to do your research first, ask around if possible to see if teachers have to do the cleaning. Check to see if there's cleaners or school kakak that does the chores

@jess_toothless one thing about being an intern under this field as I've went thru it myself already. Preschools who takes in interns either don't pay interns at all, if not employees only pay interns very very little. In their mind, interns come to their place, they learn and gain experiences.

@jess_toothless Let's me honest, not all children or teachers are able to stick with the social distancing when these kids needs to be comforted and some of the activities are close contact, even with the constant sanitizing or washing of toys, how can we 100% know that everything is 100% clean

@jess_toothless lucky you! My preschool has been operating physically having to take care of almost the same number of kids and at the same time we still need to teach online. We're doing double the work, double the effort.

@jess_toothless It's sad to know when there's a single parents who either WFH is not is a housewife, or has a helper/ maid to take care of the child but still chooses to send their kids to school. I'm thinking cuz they have already paid for the school fees might as well send their kids to school

@jess_toothless Whut! It's the same as the previous SOP. The thing is that I work in this field and I think my boss have been accepting parents letters even when they don't work in essential services, I don't think every single parent are frontliners.
