Quite shocked by a decision by @NatureMedicine to reject a letter to the editor on the basis of “lack of space” - I didn’t think that was an issue (or not a good one) in the age of digital journals.

Please think hard about your language, the imagery and where you place "responsibility" in your responses to the most recent parliamentary inquiry. The consequence of not doing so (regardless of intention) is stigma.
