@Aramex Second part of delivery did get delivered yesterday. Overall, a bad experience. Label on 1st box that arrived is filthy and considered by me to be proof that item had been sitting around somewhere for some time. Lipinski needs to get his house in order.

@Aramex I'd submitted online enquiries twice, and used chat. That's the point - your tracking is bad, your customer service is bad. Responding to complaints quickly via Twitter is NOT customer service, it is damage control. I did plenty of research and found MANY examples of bad service

@frankelly08 dealing with Orygen at the moment but had case closed recently as they deem my 19 year olds sons mental health issues more related to his high functioning ASD ie a 'disability issue'. Its not. He's not well. Iso has seen his mental health deteriorate. Trying again.
