@NianticHelp Yesterday I was kicked out of 2 remote raids before I had a chance to catch the Pokemon. I have an iPhone 13. I raised this with your support and was told that as I had successfully completed the raid, I will not be reimbursed for the remote raid passes?!?! Help!

@TheUges @c_breeeezzzzy I have complained through Pokemon Go - settings and help. Hopefully at least my remote raid passes will be returned but potentially they will be swamped. 😢

@TheUges @c_breeeezzzzy This happened to me twice too 😢. Remote raid passes are expensive. Looks like the whole thing is down now. Very disappointing because this was an opportunity to collect rare Pokemon.

@NianticHelp I am having the same problem with golden lure modules as yesterday. As I approach the Pokestop they turn blue. They definitely give more items but no coins from 4 different poke stops. 😢
