Dr. O'Malley is overrated. Drs. Sloan & Kepner are underrated. Drs. Robbins, Torres, and both Shepherds are aggressively neutral. Lots of wasted opportunities with later season characters. Ellis Grey and Harper Avery are anticlimactic background characters.

Offhand, Drs. Webber, Grey, Bailey, Yang, Avery, Koracick, & Montgomery are prob my top favorites. Drs. Altman, Hunt, Adamson, Ross, Stark, & Minnick are my least favorites.

I acknowledge this is a true shout into the void, but of all the main character physician leads across all ~19+ seasons of Grey's Anatomy, Dr. Maggie Pierce is by far the least likeable and tolerable. Just started the series over because 2 episodes of her is too much.
