@ian_wickersham We always initiate SiR preps from DNA, but can’t get a high titer prep that hasn’t lost complete dependence on TevP for replication. At titers too low for in vivo work, we can. Supports selection to lose PEST. Thanks for taking this off my to do list.

Think rabies is too expensive to try? We now offer 5 ul testers with your favorite rabies/envelope combination. $30-45 for Janelia labs, $45-60 for external HHMI. Rabies "kits" with complimenting AAV constructs as well. #nolimitscience
