Not so long ago I took the time to shout out and cherish my good friend Ian Hamilton not knowing it was the last time I would have been with him. Last night he sent me his good bye note before taking his life. Please pray for him. RIP Ian. I understand, miss, forgive & love you.

Dear @ttconnect can you please correct the mis-spelling of PrinceS Town throughout your website? As an official government platform, simple things like the names of the municipalities should not be wrong. 1 "s", not "2". Isn't there a TTConnect office in Princes Town?

@MACKWILDS spent the evening redecorating my classroom. Can't wait to see the look on my kids' faces when they arrive for camp tomorrow. Wednesdays I do this thing called Train Your Brain Day where they race from the gate to class by completing mind games at differenr stations

In Jamaica it's still my birthday lol. I'm now 34 years old. I spent the evening with my family and friends. The day was very productive and uneventful. Dad cooked Chinese. Mummy got Jeanine & I a cake- I got my pineapple cake, literally. Couldn't have it any better.

Today is my nan's best friend's funeral. She chose a burial plot next to my nan's. It's going to be a hard funeral for my family to attend, like burying nan all over again. RIP NAN, RIP Miss Ursela
