We’re like a ball team that doesn’t have a farm system of young people being developed.

As leaders, we must make calling out & discipling the next generation of ministry leaders a top priority!

With a shortage of Youth Pastors & College Pastors, if you have a good one, do everything you can to keep’em.

Here are 4 practical ways:

1. Value their family.
2. Treat them like a Pastor, not a babysitter.
3. Pay them like an adult, not a teen.
4. Protect them from the wolves.

popularity,
hobbies,
or class rank.
