@mikenesbittni I know the NHS is on its knees, and you are just in role. But can I suggest you experience a corridor bed on a busy ward. I have been on one for 4 days in the ulster hospital. You will understand sleep deprivation, no window, constant bright lights , no privacy

Me started on the steal bins and 10 visitors to one patient. Who knew hospital visits were such a party for family get-togethers with pre packed sandwiches and flasks of tea. People on wards aren't well peace and quiet would be lovely 😩. Ever thought of bringing in a matron.
