A NEW DAWN IN SPORTS - INTRODUCING SQUASH IN LADAKH
Fire and Fury Corps Silver Jubilee Squash Camp in coordination with National Level Squash players and coaches was conducted as part of a unique initiative by the Indian Army to introduce squash, an all weather indoor game (set to feature in LA Olympics, 2028), to the Youth of Ladakh. The camp was held at the highest altitude in the world at Leh for over five days from 24-28 Oct, setting the foundation and basics for Ladakhi Youth. It was attended by over 60 enthusiastic participants from local schools and NCC students and has ignited a passion for the sport in the region.
