@FluffyBeeeeee Then again maybe the law states different there but as I've read from others they're isn't even a end date in freelance 'contracts' just a notice that they aren't going to work next time in a project.
@FluffyBeeeeee And if he did keep them would we want them to be underpaid? Gig work isn't really the same as normal contracts, I don't know how the US works but in my country gig work doesn't have benefits, I've worked in gigs as a musician and severange pay is a dream.
@ItsMeBeff_ Its gig work, there isnt really that much security and he even gave them severance pay something that is kind of unheard off in freelance, did we really want the entire company to go under and result in leaving all employees without a job, i mean its a realistic choice.
