@Ryanair can you advise a phone number I can get in touch with you. Your customer service line has been busy for over a month now and is not connecting
@Ryanair Hi Magan, why is it showing on your system as a 3rd party booking when I paid you directly? I donโt see why I should have to upload all my passport details etc to you?
@Ryanair I have emailed your customer service on several occasions explaining this so can not provide details your requesting as it was not booked through a 3rd party
@Ryanair Hi Magan, just tried to complete form but itโs coming up with this message. I booked directly with Ryanair and charge on my credit card shows as Ryanair
@Ryanair Yes I received an email from yourselves saying the flight was cancelled. I had to complete a form to request a refund or voucher. I requested the refund the same day 20th Nov. I still havenโt received the refund back to my card I paid on. Booking was made directly with you.
