@AvantiWestCoast claim AWC-4093-440-983 - had the amount lowered. But I was turned away from the train as it was too full. The 18:40 was cancelled so I took the 19:10 causing my delay to be 75 mins. Claim portal won’t let me appeal; just redirects me to start a new claim - help!

I don’t know my PIN so I can’t get in the app. I can’t check my pin online as I’ve forgotten my memorable info. And after 17 calls, every option ends with my balance.

@British_Airways The issue isn’t a lack of choice. If you’re kosher you get a choice. If you’re vegetarian you get that option. If you eat meat you’re all good. My question is why is kosher important enough to be a choice but vegan not? Can you please answer me that?

@British_Airways I flew to and from tel aviv last week which you say is short haul & doesn’t have a meal choice. But I watched those who ordered kosher get fed, I watched vegetarians pick their meal and the meat eaters theirs. I sat there as a vegan unable to eat. Please explain.

@British_Airways is it possible to move flights previously for Tel Aviv (flying 31.10) to another destination for free? Currently all flight suspended but when travelling with 3 children even a weeks notice is not enough to move flights or know if they’re cancelled!

Ty for the chaser your side - until someone responds can you please confirm if I cancel my Airbnb in Israel that I will get a FULL refund as per your extenuating circumstances policy - quoting military actions and other hostilities. Currently my reservation says “partial refund”
