Another Town Meeting is in the books! Great to see some new features (consent agenda, visible timer) in place to help things run smoothly. And so proud to see a FANTASTIC turnout with no quorum issues! We should all be proud of that! Thank you @HopkintonMA! 🇺🇸🗳️ #HOPATM23
Thank you, Hopkinton voters! 🏫 And EXCELLENT job to @HopkintonMA Town Hall Staff for spreading the word about the meeting. The turnout was great! Hope we can do this again in May!
Welcome back from what I imagine was a restful summer of lesson planning. We have a full day of important information that I'll be reading to you and no time to waste, which is why we'll spend the first hour with a rock-paper-scissors tournament.
The town is conducting a survey of residents’ thoughts about Annual Town Meeting, focused on the lack of participation from voters. https://t.co/08jH9bzswx
Amy Ritterbusch was unanimously elected chair of the Select Board at Tuesday’s meeting, with Mary Jo LaFreniere unanimously chosen as vice chair. https://t.co/Qvq6cMM7AB
It's only one week until Hopkinton 101, the community event where you can learn about services, volunteer opportunities, and events offered by town government, local nonprofits, and advocacy groups! Come visit on Sat May 14 from 9am-noon.

@lchuss Thanks, Linda! I think a survey from the town is a great place to start. We need to learn why people are not going as well as actively recruit residents to attend.
