I'm listening to a podcast right now and aside from the normal host read and sponsor ads the host has been interrupted 2x mid-sentence with an ad placed there by spotify. Pay attention to your subscribers who are complaining about this. It's happening. Fix it!

I rarely even check other airlines. I go straight to the @SouthwestAir app because they don't have fees for baggage etc, and refund policy is amazing. SW just took that away. The most basic business student understands the value of differentiation. SW is just another airline now.

Here’s the video of Southwest admitting that staffing issues, and not weather, are the reasons my flight (and possibly yours) was canceled tomorrow.

Cite it when you politely request a full refund and credit for the difference you’ll pay to rebook on another airline.
