@ubersupportuk how do I go about getting a refund for a trip I didn’t take due to the driver not turning up? After waiting for him for 20 minutes! Not only am I out of pocket by the original fare, but a victim of surge charging that tripled my original fare!
Hardly ‘fair’ is it?

@TonysChocoUK_IE now I love your littl’ bits, but I noticed the caramel littl’ bits were getting fewer in each pack. So I counted them!
56 littl’ bits before I got to a caramel one! A total of 2 out of a bag of 59! Should be called Biscuit Bits!!

Fantastic service today from @TheAA_UK after I broke down on the M5. After the police got me off the motorway to a safe place, Barry was with me within 30 minutes, checked the diagnostics and escorted me home for 2hrs+ to Wirral to make sure I didn’t break down again!!
