@CrossCountryUK how do I add a seat reservation for a journey tomorrow? I requested one but just realised it says ‘sit in any available unreserved seat’. If the train is the same as yesterday (Leeds to Plymouth) then there were any unreserved seats available and it’s a 6hr trip

@suez@Calderdale@suezUK Still ongoing, no replies to e -mails and this has been here for over 2 months annoying neighbours, encouraging rats. How many e mails and escalations does it take to get a simple job of waste and recycling emptied?
@Calderdale@suezUK as a matter of urgency can some DM me to arrange urgent collection of waste and recycling for weeks. Unanswered e-mails to the council reporting it and waste still there along with the rats 🐀 and mess. Ongoing complaints now for over 4 years.
@Calderdale wasting money on an unscannable QR code parked up for 2 days, whilst removing gritting routes for so many people to get to work and amenities. Absolute shambles. What is going on? Lives at risk with this council. It’s an absolute disgrace.
@Calderdale@suezUK This is probably why I get no response when you ‘escalate’ it to the @suezUK waste manager here. Absolute shambles. How on earth they keep their contract is beyond me. I work with suez in the medical field so enough said, won’t be again. And I’ll e mail for a 12 month ‘refund’.
@suezUK please can someone DM me regarding the appalling service I’ve been receiving for the past 8 months with my recycling. If it’s collected 1 week out of 4 I’m lucky. They’ve just driven past me AGAIN. @Calderdale are beyond useless at sorting this issue out.
@Calderdale@suezUK Thanks Charlotte, I e-mail you every week and get told it will be passed on to the suez manager and it makes zero difference. 4th week it’s been missed now, it’s been ongoing since last year.
@RichardBentall Was exactly the same in Stockholm on Friday and lots of EU nationals in the same position. 2 people at passport control for all passports, nothing to do with Brexit.
