.@British_Airways Well, yesterday you informed me that my claim was rejected because of ATC delays en route to my destination. Um, no. The plane was primarily late because you only had 2 employees working in Pisa, and the plane was very late leaving the gate.
In reality, I'm approaching a point in my life where I'll be doing a lot of international travel, and I'd be doing you a favor by choosing to do so on British Airways. But you chose to save a penny by losing a pound, so that's off the table.
