Trying to get my Swedish friends to explain what the hell 'Dopp I grytan' is before being forced to eat it and it's told to me like it's some anomalous object that shouldn't be handled with bare skin.
@MephistophelEve Thanks Eve! I'm super glad to have had you as a mentee 😁You should show me any stuff you produce some time so we can go over it together!

Realising that wraith was a character that used magical robot arms instead of her regular ones (because she's a mob boss and wouldn't sully her hands with the busywork of firing guns or casting magic) helped me to appreciate her design more.

I love working in games but I do not love when I mention it to people and they somehow understand it to mean that I am the director of a large studio and am very interested in hearing their idea for a game and am willing to fund it RIGHT now if they pitch it to me RIGHT now
@ellisdex_ Appreciate you earnestly sharing this important moment of your life but just putting it out there that you had the perfect opportunity to tweet an image with no context of you looking very ill in a hospital bed with a caption like: "They've taken my fingernails."
This isn't actually a statement in regard to the game's quality. Just an observation on the specific "Lots of cooks makes the soup good." approach to critical analysis.
I've never understood the "This game took a long time to make so it's worth of recognition" or "This game had lots of people working on it so you have to like it" mentality.
Things aren't good by virtue of effort alone.
Game Science CEO criticizes #TheGameAwards and says he wrote a Game of the Year acceptance speech for 'Black Myth: Wukong' two years ago
"The games nominated this year were all excellent ... but I really didn’t understand the criteria for this year's Game of the Year ... felt like I came here for nothing!"
"Ultimately, we took home Best Action Game and Players’ Voice. Especially winning Players’ Voice was gratifying"
People often laugh when they see my portfolio website and the word 'Animator' underlined and highlighted in different accent colors every time it's written down, but I actually think this approach is totally underkill and I should be playing an "I'M AN ANIMATOR!!!" screamer.
Random person on Linkedin: I have a role for you!
Does it relate to my experience and align with my prior work?
Random person on Linkedin: It's good work, sir :)

I have an account on the 🟦☁️Website. It's the same handle as the one here. I'm not exactly too compelled to migrate over entirely? But I may post over there when I remember to do so.
