If we want something in our lives, we must push past our comfort zone. We must focus on it and work hard until we get it. We must block out noise and distraction when we can. We must do whatever it takes to attain our goals! l'd rather be called Crazy than Lazy!
Embracing the unknown. Learning and growing. I have a grateful heart for what's ahead. I believe that our thoughts, with hard work, will be our future. If we think we can or we think we cannot, we are correct. "I think I can!" I believe in you too!! Just do it!
We are not born with discipline. It is up to us to create good habits.
Mine start with a morning routine of prayer and gratitude, a cancer fighting Macha tea, stretching my body, doing some light cardio, brainstorming about my next project and hitting the sauna for a sweat.
