@TTChelps who decided it was logistically feasible to have the escalator from mezzanine to street out of service at 3 consecutive stations at once (2 are in order to install elevators). I need accessible stations and so do many others.

@TTChelps it’s ridiculous that there are two busses just chilling at the station at rush hour. And the second bus to arrive is leaving before the first. At least the driver let us know so everyone on the packed bus could switch. Route 31

@TTChelps the escalator at Greenwood station has been out of service “for maintenance” since Sunday 7/21. No maintenance or repair visible since. My cranky/tired 4 year old after daycare pick up is not compatible with stairs and my bad knees. #accessiblity
