As a 1st time flyer with @AmericanAir I am truly disgusted with the service. It’s a horrendous experience flying out of JFK. The lack of communication, organization, and customer care is unacceptable. Travelers deserve better especially on a holiday like Weekend 😡😡😡😡😡😡
