@Dyson How do you unsubscribe from all your emails? Unsubscribing by technology is not what a reputable organisation would do. Despite successfully unsubscribing three times...I still get emails.

@Dyson This shouldn't be done on a case by case basis. Got another email today...ridiculous. To be ethical you should provide the mechanism to unsubscribe to all...how many databases have you placed my email on? Must be more than 6.

Pathetic @Zoom accepted discount not honored. Zoom says "Unfortunately, the discount...was part of a one-time promotional offer managed solely by our Marketing team...and as a part of the Billing department, we do not have the authority to issue or reissue promotional discounts.

@RabobankAU You seriously expect customers to email or call your agent and provide full details as to their passport or drivers licence? For an account held over 10 years? Where is the protection against ID fraud? Most banks have secure electronic means of ID.
