@bt_uk Hi Rita! Ok, Halo may not have anything to do with usage but I'm sure my grandparents shouldn't be paying £55 for what they use. They don't need broadband so fast that they can start up gaming tournaments in every room in their house and stream movies at the same time!

@bt_uk Hi Jordan. I think it renewed in Nov. They were already paying a lot. They said they spoke to someone and were offered an 'upgrade'. Whomever they spoke to should have seen, from their usage, that Halo is far too much for them.

@HMRCcustomers some advice please. My hubby is rubbish at filing. I found a cheque from HMRC from 10 years ago (!) which he hasn't cashed in. Would it be possible to get a replacement cheque sent out or have we missed the opportunity?
