@JulieLovesFluff My insurance told me I needed a pre-approval for the ambulance ride. I promised her that next time I break all the bones in my leg and lay in the snow in my frozen driveway, I'll make sure to call insurance before 911...
@germany_iam I work in specialty coffee, so I might be a bit biased but 90% of the time, a coffee/espresso/mix drink made by me beats the local cafes. I live in a small town and the coffee here is mediocre at best. I mostly drink pourovers but do bust out the moka pot at times
@germany_iam Freibad-Pommes Schranke was a childhood staple. To this day, I prefer Mayo over any other condiments with my fries.
Probably just one of those nostalgia things
@germany_iam I went to college in Saxony, they always had a plate of the food served in a display case at the mensa. Got excited when I read Jägerschnitzel, then saw this monstrosity. Needless to say, I prefer the other version
@germany_iam My grandparents are still fluent in Platt, my mom didn't want to teach us to avoid confusion when we were kids. I have since learnt a lot but nowhere near fluent
@abertrotzdem@Petie42885201 @tessaapproves @MattEvans Then there's the American system- what's an inspection? Currently located in Minnesota and so many cars here would fail. If I can see your floorboard through the hole in your door, you shouldn't be driving it anymore..
@IDoTheThinking I lived in a 210sqf apartment for almost 3 years while in college. It was roughly double the rent in a medium-sized German town but much better than shared accomodations
@AngryBlackLady Not much more money than if you were to go out with them for a nice dinner. Wedding gifts get expensive fast, so I would totally be down for this
Klassen geeignet
