@rodericogorman with so many rising positive covid cases in childcare centres, can there be a proposal that we as parents take a break for a month or two without being charged? Childcare centres are adamant for a hold & will charge us even if we don’t send our child for a month

@PassportIRL @simoncoveney @MichealMartinTD @dfatirl @HMcEntee @LeoVaradkar Hi @PassportIRL we did contact customer service via chat and call innumerable times now.They DO NOT give a date when we’ll receive passport. Just a standard answer that they have scanned docs, awaiting checker to check since 2 months now and can’t say when it will be sent out.
