Shobu-chan (しょうぶちゃん) is a mascot from Asahi Ward, Osaka. They are a Japanese iris fairy that appeared in Johoku Iris Garden. Their scarf represents the Yodo River which flows through Osaka and the sunshine represents them holding Asahi Ward in their heart.
