The hijab debate isn’t just about hygiene. Religious freedom matters, but Japan need not accept every demand to change its rules.

A Muslim reportedly claimed Japan would become an Islamic state and the Japanese would disappear. Japan’s future is for its people to decide.

Japan’s clean streets, safety and infrastructure took generations to build. If you live here, respect our culture and obey our laws.

Japan’s safety, culture and traditions are precious. I oppose unlimited immigration. We owe future generations a safe, proud homeland.

Newspaper readership in Japan has fallen below 50%. Distrust of biased reporting may be a factor. Compare sources online. We don’t need papers.

To reduce crime by foreign nationals, enforce the law strictly and review entry policies. Apply the law equally, regardless of nationality.

Don’t just increase Japan’s population. Help increase the Japanese population. I believe many Japanese people want that.

Children should feel safe walking Japan’s streets. No girl should have to fear strangers. I oppose immigration policies that risk public safety.

A Bangladeshi man working at a Sendai store was accused of assaulting and confining a woman. Safety must come before convenience.

Japan’s peace and prosperity took generations to build. Before expanding immigration for short-term gains, think about our future.

Japan must preserve its culture, traditions, safety and mutual care. Change is sometimes needed, but we must not lose what makes Japan unique.

Some newcomers complain about temple bells, festivals, cicadas and wind chimes. Don’t erase Japan’s traditions over complaints about noise.

Japan has its own culture. Why must it adapt to others? Once traditions and safety are lost, they’re hard to restore. I oppose mass immigration.

No one should be allowed to defile our beautiful Japan. We must protect its history, culture, traditions and pride for future generations.

MP Mizuho Umemura made her position clear: “Japan is a cremation country. If you want burial, return to your homeland at your own expense.”
