Avaamme jatkuvan pelaajahaun ENCEn Akatemia- ja Prospects -ohjelmiin. Tarkoituksenamme on tarjota nuorille pelaajille lisää mahdollisuuksia todistaa meille kykynsä. Lupaavimmille hakijoille avautuu mahdollisuus päästä mukaan Prospects- sekä Akatemiatoimintaamme.

Valmentajamme arvioivat hakemuksia säännöllisesti ja otamme potentiaalisiin ehdokkaisiin henkilökohtaisesti yhteyttä. Kutsumme pelaajia erikseen järjestettäviin suljettuihin tryout-tilaisuuksiin, sekä haastattelemme osaa hakijoista. Monivaiheisen hakuprosessin avulla tavoitteenamme on tunnistaa nousevat pelaajalupaukset entistä nopeammin ja tehokkaammin.

Hakukriteerimme ovat suuntaa-antavia, joten voit hakea mukaan vaikka ne eivät täysin täyttyisi. Haku on jatkuva ja halutessasi pystyt päivittämään hakutietojasi jälkikäteen samasta linkistä esim. ELO:si noustessa.

Hakulomakkeen lisäksi pidämme silmällä myös EZ4ENCE klaanin pelaajia FACEIT:issä; voit tehdä itsesi huomatuksi osoittamalla aktiivisuutta, lupaavaa yksilötaitoa, sekä hyvää tiimihenkeä.

🇬🇧 Will you become the next ENCE CS2 superstar?

We're launching an ongoing application process for players interested in joining the ENCE Academy and Prospects programs. Our aim is to provide young talents with more opportunities to showcase their skills to us. The most promising candidates will be considered for our Academy and Prospects activities.

Our coaching staff will consistently review applications and personally reach out to potential candidates. Selected players will be invited to exclusive closed tryouts and interviews. This multi-step application process is designed to effectively identify emerging talent.

While the requirements provide a guideline, you are encouraged to apply even if you don't meet all criteria. The application process is continuous, allowing you to update your information later through the same link, for example, if your ELO improves.
