Voting by mail is safe and secure. Especially during a pandemic.
But Trump continues to say – without evidence – it will lead to voter fraud and that it’s not “honest voting.”
That’s. Simply. Not. True.
RT if you support everyone being able to vote safely by mail in November.
I think great administrators try to view things through the eyes of teachers… and I think great teachers try to view things through the eyes of students.
A4: I need opportunities to lead, contribute, extend. I need to be seen and valued for what I bring to the table. I can do the work. I can reach others. But the best ME flourishes in the same ways, in the right nourishment, as my students grow. #cultureEd

#ThoughtForTheDay Imagine a school where kids are walking down the hallway & every adult is doing their best to interact w/every one of them because they see every kid as their kid. Now ask yourself, “Is this your school?” Every student. Every Day. Whatever it Takes. #Culturize
Admin, when you observe a teacher, don’t feel you have to critique EVERY time. Too often teachers are told, "you did great BUT, " Sometimes just, " Leave the BUTS behind”. Let them know specifically what they did well & move on. Leave them feeling validated & focused on positive!
