This is a joke right? They aren't protecting a single retail investor with this they are screwing us. @LFG_org assets are NOT TFL assets and should have 0 part in this judgement. They weren't mentioned once in the bankruptcy proceedings, nowhere are they listed as a TFL asset. Yet all of a sudden they're now part of the settlement.
The SEC is wrongly laying claim to assets that arent the property of TFL. The @LFG_org assets are comprised completely of donations and is a separate entity to TFL. As a foundation those assets HAVE to be used in line with its mission statement which is serves as a PERPETUAL ASSET RESERVE for the Luna(LUNC) community.

There is enough in exogenous assets to fully back USTC to market price. We can repeg fully backed with these assets. No death spiral risk, no algorithmic backing - fully backed.

The @SECGov is not only STEALING these assets, they aren't even using them to compensate the retail investor. Not a cent of these funds are going to retail. So not only did we get screwed with the depeg. The SEC is coming back to screw us a second time.

Don't believe me? Go through the creditor list. The @SECGov is showing yet again it's here to screw retail investors, NOT protect us! Who's gains the most in this case? The SEC and institutional investors - to the tune of billions.

I would like to thank everyone for your care and support, be it writing letters, showing support on X, or in any other form. They all mean a lot to me and keep me strong. I will do my time, conclude this phase and focus on the next chapter of my life (education).

#LUNACLASSIC COMMUNITY MUST START THINKING "OUTSIDE THE BOX" 🧠

The current state of Terra Classic development is long-term insufficient, non-innovative, non-transparent...

The truth is that a lot of important things are deployed in the code, but the even bigger truth is that from a business point of view, it has not moved us much further.

Simply put, considering the sum of all our expenses, I dare say that our investments are inefficient in the long term.

For the last two years, #LUNC is just a "Maintenance Coin", we voted many times on absolute nonsense and paid for things we maybe sometimes don't need. It's high time to leave our bubble and start thinking outside the box...

I'm very loyal to all our developers because they really don't have it easy in this community. Many of them do excellent work in the background and for free, and many of them are very clean, collegial and helpful people.

However, many of them are "soiled and injured" by personal conflicts from the past, and this dark past of theirs hinders the progressive development of this community.

They armored themselves with thick skin and built high and strong walls around themselves, where they sit only with their closest friends. Sometimes it looks like they don't want to let anyone in or out, instead they stand on the lookout tower and check if their rival "clan" is about to attack.

Personal attacks are common, Twitter user-blocklists are full...

When you message someone to discuss the development of Terra Classic with them... So, if you're lucky enough to get a response from our developers, you'll quickly get the feeling that you're not welcome and shouldn't be in "their business".

I've had this feeling for too long. And that forces me to leave the bubble and think outside the box...

This community needs a new wind in its sails. I personally see this power in young potential developers who are hungry for personal growth and are not yet tainted by this world.

For that reason, from today I am actively looking for and opening discussions with developers not only in this community, but also outside this community.

Everyone should get the opportunity to show "in a small amount" what they can do. And I believe that talented people can be found in this community, whom the community will be willing to pay for their work without it costing as much as a two-room apartment in the center of the capital annually.

I can't offer everything. I can't even offer a fixed monthly income, because only the TOP 10 validators really earn in this system, and the rest survive from day to day. However, I can offer discussion, ideas, connection with other people, a small financial injection for some special needs...

Let's talk about it, let's take the first steps and the path will show itself...
