The flood control project in Davao Occ not Or, was FULLY PAID TO ST. TIMOTHY CONSTRUCTION ON OCTOBER 2022. The project was legit but the corruption happened during the time of BBM when full paymt was made despite being a ghost project. DAPAT DI BINAYARAN HANGGANG DI TAPOS.
